Our Partners

While we are based in St. Louis, Missouri, we help families all over the United States. We've developed strategic partnerships with eight hospital heart centers around the country.

Social workers at these partner hospitals serve as the eyes and ears of Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation to identify families in need. These families are encouraged to apply for a grant from MOHF.  After we receive an application, we move swiftly to offer assistance to ease the stress on families. 

We also accept applications from families at other hospitals not listed. These grants may just take a little longer to process but we continue to look for more ways to help families everywhere.
