If you are willing and able to donate money BEFORE the auction, then you should consider becoming a V.I.D. (Very Important Donor). On Friday, November 11, 2011, we will host a special "V.I.D. Appreciation Event". For an advance minimum donation of $1000 you will receive a round of golf on Friday, November 11, dinner with a guest after with an auction preview as well as a "deeper dive" into the mission of the Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation and two tickets for the auction the following night. This will be a way to say "Thank You" in advance to all of our V.I.D.'s as well as establish the groundwork for future events the foundation will host.

We have scheduled an auction for Saturday, November 12, 2011 to benefit the Ortyl Family and the Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation. We, with your help and hard work, can make it incredible! The proceeds will go to the Ortyl family to assist them with Oakes' care as well as "The Mighty Oakes Heart Foundation."
More information on how you can attend will be posted soon. In the meantime, we are looking for creative and unique auction donations. If you are a performer, artist, independent salesperson, season ticket holder, etc... please consider making a donation to the auction. Sharing your talent or product is great advertising for a budding or established business and soon it will be tax deductible. You all know what sells best at auctions; sports memorabilia & tickets, show tickets, jewelry, golf products & outings, special behind the scenes opportunities, gift baskets etc. All donors will be acknowledged in our auction booklet. Please remember to complete a "Donation Auction Contract" so you can be recognized in the auction brochure as well as giving us contact information for a thank you letter and tax information.
